Articulate 360: Generation Hope Training

Problem: The client identified inconsistencies in tutoring training. Although volunteer tutors were experts in their given fields, they struggled to translate their knowledge and experience into effective tutoring. The organization aimed to have consistency in tutoring sessions and needed to provide volunteers with training on what language and approaches to use with the Scholars they were supporting.

Solution: A three-module course was developed to provide background on the organization, guide how to plan and conduct a tutoring session, and provide effective feedback.

Features: multiple choice questions, narration recording/editing, text entry scenario based questions, pick one, completion certificate

Problem: While implementing a new app to support organization goals, the client identified that the format was not user friendly and users might be confused by additional features offered within the app. Additionally, the desktop version and mobile versions were designed differently, which could lead to confusion.

Solution: The client identified the features that would be used regularly. To instruct users on how to use each feature, step by step instructions were written along with a screen recording to show each step. Both desktop and mobile instructions aids were provided.

Features: desktop screen-recording, mobile screen-recording
